White-label theming

You can give BestDefense your organization’s look by setting a custom logo and brand colors. The theme applies organization-wide, so every member sees your branding once it’s saved.

Theming is gated by a theme-management permission and may depend on your plan. See Allow-rules and Billing & subscription tiers.

What you can customize

• Logo — upload your own logo image.
• Primary color — the main accent color used across the interface.
• Status colors — the colors used for success, warning, danger, and info states.

Structural styling — fonts, spacing, and layout — isn’t customizable by design, so the interface stays consistent and usable for everyone.

Setting your theme

1. Open your organization’s theme settings.
2. Upload a logo. PNG and JPEG are supported; a PNG with a transparent background usually looks best. Keep the file small — around 1 MB max.
3. Set your primary color and the four status colors using the color pickers.
4. Save. Your changes apply across the organization for all members.

Tip

A transparent PNG sits cleanly on both light and dark areas of the interface, so it’s the safest choice for a logo.

Note

Theming changes apply to your whole organization. If you work across multiple organizations, set the theme for each one separately, and make sure the right organization is active before you save.
