Remediation history
The Remediation Queue tracks work in flight; Remediation history is the read-only record of how that work turned out. Once a fix reaches a terminal outcome — approved, merged, or rejected — it shows up here with a full account of what happened.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”History lists completed remediations as rows, each showing its final outcome. Because it’s read-only, you can’t move or act on cards here — it’s a reference and an audit record, not a workspace.
The audit trail
Section titled “The audit trail”Click any row to open its timeline: the sequence of actions taken on that finding, from when it entered the pipeline through every move and decision to its final outcome. This gives you a clear answer to “who did what, and when” for any remediation.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”You can narrow the history by:
- Outcome — for example, approved or rejected.
- Severity — focus on the most serious findings.
Combine filters to answer questions like “which high-severity fixes were rejected” at a glance.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Working the board — where active remediations live before they land here.
- Reviewing & approving fixes — the decisions that produce these outcomes.
